EN590 · Ex-Singapore
EN590 FOB / TTO / TTV, ex-Singapore
EN590 10ppm gasoil transacted out of Singapore storage — tank take over, tank-to-vessel injection or free on board lifting, against verified product and clean documentation.
Looking to buy or sell gasoil? Fuel Inc has an established network of reputable buyers and mandate suppliers that are title holders — ready to transact.
Singapore is where paper meets product: the region’s deepest pool of EN590 10ppm sits in independent storage within sight of the trading desks that move it. The gap between a genuine transaction and a wasted month is counterparty quality — and that is precisely what we filter for.
We work directly with title holders and their mandates on the sell side, and with vetted, funds-ready buyers on the buy side. Reach out via WhatsApp or email today with your basis, quantity and procedure, and the desk responds with a workable path — or a straight no.

- FOB
Free on board
Product lifted at the load port onto the buyer’s nominated vessel — or one chartered through our marine desk — with quantity and quality determined at the vessel’s manifold.

Tank take over
The buyer takes over tankage with product in situ — storage documentation reassigned, independent dip test conducted, title transferred in tank without a vessel movement.
- TTV
Tank to vessel
Product injected from shore tank to the buyer’s vessel at the terminal — injection scheduled with the terminal, surveyed at the flange, documented shore and ship side.
- Spec
EN590 10ppm
Ultra-low-sulphur diesel gasoil certified against the contracted EN590 specification by independent inspection — SGS or equivalent.
Procedure
How an ex-Singapore transaction proceeds
Every deal follows the procedure agreed in the contract — but a clean Singapore transaction generally moves through the same recognisable stages.
The buyer presents an ICPO with company profile; the seller side presents its authority to sell. Both sides are screened before any commercial documents move — KYC and sanctions compliance are not negotiable at this desk.
Quantity, basis (FOB, TTO or TTV), pricing reference, inspection regime and payment terms are agreed and captured in the sale and purchase agreement.
Verification proceeds per the agreed procedure — typically tank storage documentation and an authorisation for the buyer’s side to verify product with the terminal, followed by an independent dip test (SGS or equivalent) witnessed at the tank.
On a passed dip: TTO completes by reassignment of the tankage and title in situ; TTV completes by scheduled injection to the buyer’s vessel; FOB completes by lifting at the load port. Quantity and quality at transfer point govern.
Payment follows the contract — typically by bank instrument or wire against the agreed document set: commercial invoice, inspection report, transfer documentation and title documents.
