EN590 · Ex-Pengerang
EN590 FOB / TTO / TTV, ex-Pengerang
EN590 10ppm gasoil transacted out of Pengerang deepwater storage in Johor, Malaysia — the same disciplines as our Singapore business, one strait over.
Looking to buy or sell gasoil? Fuel Inc has an established network of reputable buyers and mandate suppliers that are title holders — ready to transact.
Pengerang has become the Singapore Strait’s second address for middle distillates: deepwater berths, modern independent tankage and direct access to the same shipping lanes — often with storage economics that make it the smarter place for a parcel to sit.
We treat Pengerang exactly as we treat Singapore: verified title, independent inspection, and procedure agreed before documents move. If your product or your demand sits in Johor, reach out via WhatsApp or email today — the desk covers both sides of the strait.

FOB · TTO · TTV
- FOB
Free on board
Lifted at Pengerang onto the buyer’s nominated vessel — deepwater berths take the larger clean-product tonnage without lightering gymnastics.
- TTO
Tank take over
Tankage with product in situ taken over by the buyer — storage documentation reassigned, dip test witnessed, title transferred without the product moving a metre.
- TTV
Tank to vessel
Injection from shore tank to the buyer’s vessel, scheduled with the terminal and surveyed at the flange — shore figures and ship figures reconciled in the documents.
- Why here
Strait economics
Minutes from the world’s busiest bunkering and trading corridor, with storage and berth economics that frequently beat the island next door.
Procedure
How an ex-Pengerang transaction proceeds
The geography changes; the discipline does not. A clean Pengerang transaction follows the same recognisable stages as Singapore.
Buyer presents an ICPO with company profile; the selling side evidences its authority over the product. KYC and sanctions screening are completed on both sides before commercial documents move.
Quantity, basis (FOB, TTO or TTV), pricing reference, inspection regime and payment terms agreed and captured in the sale and purchase agreement.
Per the agreed procedure — typically terminal storage documentation with authorisation for the buyer’s side to verify with the terminal, then an independent dip test (SGS or equivalent) witnessed at the tank.
On a passed dip: TTO completes by reassignment of tankage and title in situ; TTV by scheduled injection to the buyer’s vessel; FOB by lifting at the berth. Figures at the transfer point govern.
Payment per the contract against the agreed set — commercial invoice, inspection report, transfer documentation and title documents.
