Holding 10ppm gasoil that needs to trade as EN590? The desk arranges the blend, the tankage and the certificate — and never takes title to your product.

Much of the gasoil sitting in Singapore storage meets the 10ppm sulphur limit yet falls short of the full EN590 envelope — lubricity, cetane, conductivity, oxidation stability, cold-flow. Toll blending closes that gap in tank: the additive slate is dosed against your base product’s certificate of quality, homogenised, and re-tested until the parcel certifies as EN590.

The service is tolling in the strict sense. Your product remains one hundred percent your property from intake to release — we are paid for the blend, not the barrels. Procedure, terminal nomination and documentation run under NDA from the first exchange.

The service

What toll blending covers

  • 01 — Additisation

    The EN590 envelope

Lubricity improver, cetane improver, cold-flow and conductivity additives dosed against the base product’s certificate — the gap between 10ppm gasoil and full EN590 closed in tank.

  • 02 — Tankage

    In tank, in Jurong

Blending runs in shore tanks at accredited independent terminals in the Jurong storage complex, scheduled with the terminal and surveyed through every movement.

  • 03 — Title

    Yours throughout

Client product remains client property from intake to release. We do not take title, we do not trade against your position — tolling, in the strict sense.

  • 04 — Certification

    Independently tested

The finished parcel is tested against the contracted EN590 specification by independent inspection — SGS or equivalent — and released with clean documentation.

How a blend runs

From enquiry to certificate

  • 01 — Enquiry

    Base product & quantity

Your base product’s certificate of quality, quantity and timing — the desk confirms terminal coverage and an all-in indication per metric tonne.

  • 02 — Procedure

    NDA & blend plan

NDA signed, terminal nominated, additive slate specified against the gap between your certificate and the EN590 envelope.

  • 03 — Blend

    Dosed & homogenised

Additives injected and the parcel circulated to homogeneity in tank, with terminal and surveyor records at each step.

  • 04 — Certificate

    Tested & released

Independent inspection tests the finished parcel against EN590; product releases to your instruction — in tank, to vessel, or onward through the desk.

FAQ

Toll blending, asked directly

A tolling arrangement: you supply the base product, we arrange the blending — tankage, additive slate, homogenisation and certification — for a fee per metric tonne. The product never changes hands; you pay for the process, not the barrels.

No. Client product remains one hundred percent client property from intake to release. Our role is arranging and running the blend; your parcel never appears on our book.

Sulphur is one line of the EN590 specification. The full envelope also sets lubricity, cetane, conductivity, oxidation stability and seasonal cold-flow limits — and ultra-low-sulphur refining strips some of these properties. Additisation restores them so the parcel certifies as EN590, not merely as 10ppm gasoil.

In shore tanks at accredited independent terminals in the Jurong storage complex — inside the port that already holds Asia’s deepest pool of gasoil storage and blending infrastructure.

All-in per metric tonne — blending, additives and handling — quoted against your quantity, tankage requirement and the additive slate your certificate calls for. Send the certificate of quality and quantity, and the desk returns an indication.

Yes. The same house transacts EN590 ex-tank on FOB, TTO and TTV basis, and the marine desk arranges vessels — blend, trade and lift without changing counterparty.

Send the certificate. The desk responds with a blend plan.

Certificate of quality, quantity and timing — via WhatsApp or email — and we come back with terminal coverage and an all-in indication per metric tonne.
